The Pi Cobbler Kit comes with a 26 pin ribbon cable, custom PCB, ribbon socket and header pins. Once it is soldered together, one end of the cable plugs into your Raspberry Pi and the other into any solderless breadboard. The PCB is clearly labeled so you know which pin does what.
