Everything included, but no instruction, so here ya go:
Included in kit: (1)Plastic holder (likely with paper backing on both sides - remove before assembling) (3)Metal screws with nuts (3)Small washers to go with metal screws (3)Black plastic pins to secure board (4)Black plastic feet (4)Short plastic pins to push into feet
1. Use the three included tiny metal screws to secure the battery clip to the top of the holder, finishing on the underside with the three washers, and three metal nuts. 2. Place your board on the holder, keeping the three mounting holes lined up with the three holes on the holder. Press the three long black plastic clips in, and they will snap the board onto the holder. 3. You should have 4 feet left, and 4 short black pins. Flip the holder over so the bottom is facing up, and place the feet into each of the 4 large corner holes. Once in the hole, press each short pin through the bottom of each foot, which will secure the foot to the holder.

Not Enough H/W |

My harness came in today. After you use the 4 "rubber"pads with their plastic rivets you have 3 nut-washer-screwbolts left. You have to decide if you want to steady your Arduino board OR mount the battery holder - not both. I ordered 3 of these and they all have this amount of H/W. I would hope they would furnish 3 more sets of screwbolt-washer-nuts.

Instead of the battery, put a small breadboard in it's place. It works great, especially if you are using USB power from your laptop or a minty boost.
