This is a fun little retro kit. Contrary to what the other reviewer said, I had no issues with the solderless construction.

Picked this little gem up for the "cool" factor... exposed wires = cool and clocks = even cooler therefore whats better than a DIY clock!?
However, I would like to draw into question the "solderless" element of this kit... It asks that you take the leads, and using a pair of needle nose pliers, twist them together for a mechanical joint. The problem with this is that joints such as these are intermittent, some work some don't, and its annoying to do.
I would recommend just soldering the LED's together. Its a very simple task that even a beginner, who has never handled a soldering iron, can do.
Now go! Buy the kit! Show it off to your friends and bask in its glory!
