Two different clamps are included for added flexibility. The burette clamp has plastic-coated jaws to protect a burette while holding it securely, and can also be used to clamp test tubes. The utility clamp also has coated jaws to protect your glassware, and can secure anything from a test tube, thermometer or other small-diameter glassware to a widemouth flask. Two support rings are included, a 3" ring to support smaller vessels or the 100 mm funnel for filtrations, and a 4" ring to support larger vessels. The wire gauze is used to distribute heat more evenly when you are heating a vessel supported by a ring. Three sizes of clay triangles are included, to support a wide range of sizes of porcelain ware, such as crucibles or evaporating dishes.
