International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. We will however be glad to accept money orders via mail, contact customer service for more information regarding availability and shipping quotes.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. Currently we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. For countries not on the ship list contact customer service for availability and other options.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is calculated prior to submitting your payment information, this is an estimate only. Charges may be slightly higher or lower depending on ship to location from our warehouse and weight of items ordered.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their estimated prices. Most orders ship within 24 hours but some may take up to 72 hours to process depending on volume of orders received in any given day. Note that Maker Shed is not responsible for any extra fees charged by your local postal or delivery carriers. Any package refused or marked undeliverable and returned to Maker Shed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be refunded less that fee and and any S/H charges incurred.
