I received the wrong product.
  Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at help@makershed.com or call 877-306-6253 or 707-639-1355 within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to help remedy the situation.
How do I return an item?
 
If you received your order and there was a problem with it that requires a return, please contact help@makershed.com.

Within 30 days of purchase, you can return an item that is in re-sellable condition to the following address:

In the package, please include your packing slip as well as the RMA number you received from help@makershed.com.

Please allow up to 10 business days once we receive your return for your card to be credited back less S/H. We reserve the right to reject any product that has been opened, is missing items or is unsellable.
