Maker Shed Educational Orders
We accept purchase orders (POs) from schools, colleges, universities, government institutions and other qualified not-for-profit organizations.
Once you have your PO prepared you can either fax it to: 866-808-5065 or mail it to:

Sebastopol, CA 95472
From there, an account and order will be created in our online store.
Things to include in your PO:
1. Billing Address with contact name
2. Tax Exempt – Fed Tax ID Number as applicable
3. Email address for billing –needed to setup account & get shipping notice
4. Ship To Address with contact name
5. Date Needed
6. Instructions for out of stock item(s)
7. Authorized signature
Please make all checks payable to our parent company, O’Reilly Media Inc. You can download a copy of our W-9 here. Please allow 3-5 days for order to process once received, for faster order service you can also order direct with a credit card at makershed.com, sorry no online POs are accepted at this time.
