  • A four-position ball-bearing nosepiece that includes the standard 4X, 10X, 40XR (retractable) objectives, and adds a 100XR oil-immersion objective.
  • A spiral-focus, 1.25 NA Abbe substage condenser.
  • A continuously adjustable iris diaphragm to maximize image contrast and visibility of fine detail.
  • Includes a mechanical stage as a standard feature, which makes it much easier to locate objects you want to examine and to center them in the field of view.
