This is the new Arduino Revision 3! It sports an updated USB controller chip (was an atmega8u, now an atmega16u), duplicated Analog 4 and 5 pins next to the AREF pin (for future shields) and an IOREF pin next to the reset button (to let shields know the I/O voltage of the pins.)
Also, the reset button has moved next to the USB jack to allow for easy access when the shield a shield is on top.
Everything else is the same, processor, driver, board size, upload speed, etc, so it is compatible with all current shields and code.
