Blinky Grid is a reprogrammable LED matrix. It has 56 LEDs and can display text and animations in a variety of ways. Blinky Grid is a standalone product and includes a pre-programmed microcontroller. The display is updated through a web page by holding the Blinky Grid up to your monitor. Two squares on the web page blink to transmit the new message or animation to the Blinky Grid microcontroller.
Available with Red or Blue LEDs (Blue LEDs are $4.00 more)
It requires 2 AA batteries for use, and assembly requires a soldering iron and solder, a diagonal cutters, and optionally, a hot glue gun and wire strippers.
