Shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipment Tracking:
All in house orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If your order has items with multiple ship from locations, you will receive an email with tracking from each location. You can also login to your account to view available tracking for your orders.

Digital Downloads:
If you ordered a downloadable product you will receive a separate email with the download link. If you don't receive your download email, please check your spam or trash folders.

Dropship and Make on Demand Products:
Most of these products have a 2 to 3 day (or longer) fulfillment time and the shipping delivery time you choose starts at the time of that fulfillment, not when the order is placed. Please see the individual product page for product accurate fulfillment times.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to a limited amount of countries, please see the drop down box at checkout for list of active countries. But please note not all products will ship to your country.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maker Shed is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

P.O. Boxes:
Please note FedEx, UPS and DHL do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
