BANAN-A-SYNTH
A Mini Synthesizer Perfect For Musical Exploration And Science Experiments

Why Is This Synthesizer Shaped Like A Banana?
It's just the right shape for a portable synthesizer. Plus, you can use the Banan-a-Synth to create your own keyboard out of real bananas! It's both handy pocket synth for musicans and a STEAM device that lets you play with conductivity.
Features:
- Custom Sound Engine Packed with Sounds: 12 different instrument sounds, 8 built in sound effects. It's also 4 note polyphonic, so you can play a chord!
- Play Conductive Objects: Use the included alligator clips to turn all sorts of conductive objects into keys you can play.
- Learn Music and Physics: An intro to both the physics of conductivity and the art of applying filters and effects to synthesizer sounds.
- Control Effects with Touch: An analog conductivity sensor to control effects. The harder you press the sensor, the stronger the sound effect.
- Take It Anywhere: Super portable, with built in speaker, headphone jack, and powered by 2xAA Batteries (Included!). Also can be powered via USB-C. (Not-Included!)
- No Screen, No Computer: Does not connect to a computer or anything with a screen. Focus on exploring music without distraction.
- No Knobs, No Problem: Change tuning, volume, and sound mode by simultaneously touching a setting touchpad and one of the keyboard keys.
- Metronome: Select your beats per minute and rhythm structure.
- It's a Banana: Tell your friends you can play the banana.

Think Outside The Synth and Build Your Own Instrument
Turn everyday conductive objects into musical notes with the included alligator clips. Just clip things to the touchpad and create a path to ground. Experiment with conductivity and learn what it means to complete a circuit
Make a Banana Keyboard!
While designing this synth, I made a discovery… When I connected the synth’s touchpads to different conductive objects, I could play them like musical keys! I had so much fun with this, I decided to include alligator clips with each synth. Now you too can invent your own keyboard. Test the conductivity of different objects, learn what it means to complete a circuit, and design your own instrument. This synth is also a complete STEM learning project! An Effect Pedal You Touch
We added a special conductivity sensor to the left of the Banan-a-Synth's keyboard. Each key on the keyboard is either on or off, but the effect sensor to is analog. The more it conducts, the stronger your selected sound effect. This Pocked Sized Synth is Packed With Sounds!
